50-year-old male,
embarrassed by his appearance. The patient came to Dr. Zweig in 1988 with multiple
erosions, severe wear and discoloration. He had an old porcelain-over-gold crown, and a
visible black line at the gum line. The patient also had a crossbite.

Combination veneers and all-ceramic
crowns for upper and lower arches. |
