30-year-old male. He had
crowns that were fixed improperly, causing gum disease. Patient needed paradonal
treatment to correct gum disease. Then old crowns replaced with new crowns that fit
teeth properly. Also had tetracycline stained teeth - Dr. Zweig corrected.
